Nice, solid one owner home situated on a huge, wooded, corner lot with lots of privacy in a nice established neighborhood. The lot is very large and may be close to an acre, however, the Property Appraiser's records do not disclose lot size. Survey will reveal true size. Most of the property appears to be fenced with chain link or wire fencing. There is a nice large shed on the property that appears to be in great shape but does convey "as is". The driveway is extra wide and the front entry garage is a large 2 car garage. Garage is in need of a good pressure washing. The home was originally a 3 bedroom home. The owner loved crafts and quilting and had the 3rd bedroom converted into a hobby room that adjoins the 2nd bedroom. The remaining portion of the 3rd bedroom was made into a large walkin closet that you enter from the hallway. It appears the owner's plan was possibly to have a a Master, a guest room and a hobby room. The 3rd bedroom may possibly be converted back, however, buyer must determine if that is possible. The hobby room as it is, may be used as a nursery, office, or other space. The master and 2nd bedroom look to be the same size and both have large walk-in closets. The master has a bath with shower only that can be accessed from the kitchen area also. The other bathroom is a full bath with shower and bathtub and is entered from the hallway from the living/dining area. The house has lots of closet space and the kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen and living room/dining area are separated by a long counter that may be used as a breakfast bar. The living/dining area also has a closet. There is extra storage in the attic. The home has a whole house fan that is always a plus in the summer months. Hurricane damaged the roof which was old and a new roof was put on in 2007. With a little TLC and cleaning, this home would be nice for a young family, first time buyer, or older couple wanting to downsize.
