Upgrades include hardwood floors, granite counters, dual glazed windows, recessed lighting, tall ceilings, large master bedroom, secluded and serene overlooking canyon below. Very tranquil with tree top views and large grassy back yard. Amazing horse property and amenities in the neighborhood. Many nearby gorgeous riding trails and an equestrian park right down the street. The riding trails located at the end of up Busch Dr. go all the way to Westlake Village (hours of riding). There is an existing, enclosed horse corral on the property with enough space for 2-3 horses and are surrounded by horse properties and horse owners. Close to Malibu HIgh and Juan Cabrillo Middle Schools, shops, markets, restaurants and Zuma and Westward Beaches. Easy to show!  More Less
