Stepping on the front porch you can just imagine relaxing on a swing or inviting a neighbor for a chat from this wide and shady property. As you walk in, notice the gorgeously re-done hardwood floors and their unique rectangular pattern. And look at the recently installed antique Marble fireplace mantle. Feel how open this original floor plan is. The living room and dining room are interchangeable giving you the flexibility to live your own way. Check out the windows, another Midtown rarity- totally redone, modern and energy efficient (except for the large picture windows) - the whole house has new windows! The living room has recessed lighting added and all the fans have been upgraded, just look at them. As you walk towards the kitchen, notice the beautiful custom built staircase! There literally was no staircase just a few months ago! It is brand new, hand-made, with no squeaks. Continuing into the expanded kitchen, the cabinets, counters (and under-hung sink), floors and appliances have never been used! All brand new, all top of the line. This kitchen is loaded, no detail missed- it even has a retractable faucet head and outlets are GFCI (as they are thru out the house). Make the turn to your left- this is where you will spend most of your time- in the family room.
