House is ready to move in, but with a re-modelers touch to take it to the next level, this home would be an ideal place to host gatherings. Zero lot requires almost no maintenance. If a pool or large backyard is required, lower lot is available for an additional price."

What I love about the home

The views are pretty much the best in Austin, period. Many can claim to have a great view, but no house under $2M will have a better view than this house. This house has unobstructed views of Mt. Bonnell, Austin Country Club, the tall buildings downtown, Westlake, and 360 Bridge. The view is a full 200+ degrees. Lightning storms, rain clouds, sunsets, and the July fireworks are all right in front of you! House has been extensively retrofitted with 3 or 4 cat 5e runs to each room as well as a high end digital video surveillance system complete with 24 video cameras. This house was designed for hosting parties and has ample rooms for a large family. An almost finished wine cellar (fuly 12" concrete/cinderblock walls + 4" of closed cell polyurethane 2.0lb/ft foamed insulation) is ready for someone to chose the tile and cooling system. Large 70 gallon fast recovery gas hot water system, and 2011/2012 high efficiency HVAC with all new ducting insure years of trouble free comfort.
