My Notes

Beautiful, fully renovated, ranch style home in the Heart of Oklahoma City. 3 bed, 2 full bath plus 1 half bath, 1680 sq ft plus 2 car garage. Updates include new roof, central heat and air system, new plumbing and fixtures, new electrical fixtures, flooring, quartz counters, paint, new carpet, and new low-e, energy efficient windows throughout. The high ceilings make this home very spacious and the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room make a great space for entertaining and family living. There is also a second living space with a wet-bar and half bath that would be a great theater room, man-cave, studio, craft room, play room, or mother in law suite. All floors are tile or wood laminate, except the three bedrooms that have beautiful, extra-plush, new, carpet. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. All new systems will keep this house running maintenance free for years to come. One of our favorite features is the 2 car garage under the house which would be the perfect place to ride out a severe Oklahoma storm.
