4 bed/3bath house in the Waters Edge Subdivision near the Skibo/Cliffdale Rd intersection (conveniently located near restaurants and shopping business district and for commuting to Fort Bragg every morning).
We own the property and have done some major renovation and design work over a 4 year period. The work includes new cherry oak engineered wood floors, painted, and a relaxing garden design in back yard with a privacy fence From our time living here we really liked the neighborhood/neigbors and everyone seems to looks out for each other (if you are concerned about safety). The neighborhood has a lot of character It is located on a Col-da-sac. A neighbor set up some surveillance cameras for security measures-- to overlook the col-da-sac/road to see who is walking or driving up. There are cameras set up in multiple angles in the back that overlooks the perimeter/all areas of access (nothing invasive just looking out). Its is a pet and children friendly neighborhood, meaning you won't have cars flying by on road that put your children or pet at risk on col-da-sac.

For method of paying-- I would prefer an automatic draft out of your bank account (the 21st century way) instead of dealing with a check in mail. This will save us both a lot of trouble and late penalty especially if you are in the service deploying. Check with you bank if you are new to this payment method or skeptical-your bank should have a secure system set up that keeps it safe. For electronic transfers/check, it would be best to have a Bank of America account like I do to ensure the smoothest transaction and they are big on protecting you from fraudulent transatcions. You will have to leave a security deposit and pet deposit if you have pet.
Respond by email if you have a general question about the amenities included but not ready to look at it and will respond back to you ASAP. Please try to pre-qualify yourself by us discussing what you are looking for in a rental house and particular needs required--just trying not to waist each others time and your gas riding over here if these questions can answered before hand. I would suggest driving by the property and looking at it from the street.
