This 4 bedroom home has a first floor full bath and eat-in kitchen. The spacious first floor includes a formal dining room, family room, and large foyer area which doubles as a secondary dining area. The second floor can be reached by either one of the two staircases. This home has central air which was added in 2006, and the electric was updated in 2005. Both bathrooms were remodeled and the upstairs bath was a complete renovation with updates including new shower/tub, sink and cabinet, toilet, flooring and cabinet. A walk-in closet was added to the master bedroom. The third floor was remodeled to create very nice fourth bedroom and living area.
