This is a great neighborhood of mostly high-end homes, very desirable due to its close proximity to downtown, trendy Multnomah Village, and Washington Square Mall (the only indoor Mall on the Westside). There are also several neighborhood conveniences within walking distance including a neighborhood market, gourmet food store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and many other businesses on nearby Barbur Blvd. This neighborhood is known for having access to all the best Portland has to offer!

What I love about the home

No stairs, nice floorplan, lots of storage space, and a great neighborhood! This house has everything SW Portland is known for, and then some! Just a short drive to Multnomah Village, Washington Square and downtown Portland.
