My Notes

This is a great home and move in READY. Four Bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home is all brick and sits on a corner lot. As you enter the home there is a nice covered porch, leaded glass front door with storm door. The foyer has tile flooring that extends into the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is large and open with plenty of cabinet space, breakfast bar, pantry and eat-in breakfast nook. The home is total electric, with smooth service range and built in microwave, dishwasher, porcelain deep sink and all refaced kitchen cabinets in a nice cream color. All lighting has been updated and the kitchen is open and airy with allot of light. The kitchen does have a kitchen window over the sink. There is a formal dining that is large and oversized with a wood burning fireplace for casual family gatherings. From the dining room you can access the covered patio and a very nicely landscaped yard and nice above ground pool and privacy fenced yard. Now is the time to start enjoying those nice summer days on the patio grilling and enjoying your pool. There is an out building for lawn equipment that will stay with the home. The living room/great room is large and very open and inviting. There is a bonus room that is in addition to the living/great room that is 22x16 and is great for entertaining, pool table or whatever you might want this room to be. There is currently a murphy bed in this room. There is a door that can be used to access the garage from this room. So it could be used a a mother in law suite if needed for a private entrance. The additional bedrooms are good size and the full bathroom has had some updates like tile flooring and other updates. The master is at the back of the home and has a full bathroom with tub/shower combination and a walk-in closet. The home has two tube lights that allows natural light to flood the home. There is chair railing in the foyer, hall and some bedrooms and living room. There is also crown molding in some portions of the home. The home has all white doors and trim. The HVAC is all new inside and outside in the last 5 years and is serviced each year by the company who installed the unit. New dimensional shingles in 2009. New windows, all copper wiring in 2012, above ground pool 6-7 years old. The home has a circular drive for extra parking. Home has sprinkler system on automatic timer. Neighborhood has sidewalks and a park right donw the street. This is just a great home and in exceptional condition.
