Custom designer unit. On 2012, this corner Penthouse unit has been professionally/extensively sound proofed to insulate the sounds from neighboring units and common hallway as much as possible: for instance, the entire floor (two layers of sound proof rubber mats + 1 inch gypsum concrete in between); adjacent walls with a neighboring apartment (entire dining & living room walls with sound sheet), and front door/wall (sound sheet/green glue/sound proof mats), also a wall between guest room and master bedroom (sound-sheet) for comfort and privacy (with all new dry walls).
Also this unit has been completely renovated by removing a few walls to make this unit more spacious luxurious feel (at kitchen/guest bathroom/pony wall between dining room and living room), by replacing with all new floor materials (carpet/wood/ceramic); by completely reinventing the kitchen (with new cabinets, kitchen sinks, a quiet garbage disposal, stylish quartz counter tops, artistic/stylish backsplash, ceramic tile floor), by creating stylish niches at the entrance wall, modernizing a small closet at the front door (with real wood floor, new cabinet inside and paint). We also renovated entire guest bathroom & master bathrooms (installing new cabinets/sinks, light fixtures, new toilets/seats, bathroom fixtures, switches, shower fixtures, stylish glass shower doors, travertine tiles and ceramic floor tiles), guest bedroom & master bedroom, living room, dining room, installing 3 way switches at hallway, closets, laundry room (which now equipped with a recessed ceiling light and plenty of modern outlets for the dryer and washer), fireplace wall. We installed brand new doors throughout the unit, a custom french door, new moldings. We applied all new dry wall/prime/paints throughout the unit (walls and ceiling). Brand new carpet. Plenty of recessed ceiling lights throughout the unit. We also installed new custom closets/cabinets and its sliding mirror doors in both guest and master bedrooms.
Through uncompromising details, this unit provides quality materials, expert craftsmanship and design, ergonomic functionality for people to live in style and luxury.
Amenities include 5.1 surround sound theater in-wall, ceiling w/ sub-woofer system. This unit does not face any streets and the noise levels is one of the lowest in the buildings.

Posh Hancock park area in Los Angeles, one block from Melrose Ave; 5 minutes drive to the heart of Hollywood, famous Melrose strip, Griffith park, etc.. 10 minutes walk to the posh Larchmont village. 3 minutes walk to supermarket/strip mall/small restaurants. 2 minutes walk to Metro Bus.
If you want to be in the middle of action and want to experience a calm and posh area to live in, this is the area.
