The house is 9760 sq feet. 5200 is partially finished basement, 4 car garage, and huge storage room. The heated living space is 4560 sq ft. All the rooms are enormous and all bedrooms have huge walk in closets. Main flr: the living rm and kitchen is one open space measuring 40x45, master bedrm 20x20, master bath 16x20, library/office 16x16,hall bath 10x16.5, bedrm 2 15x17, bedrm 3 15x17. attic flr: TV rm 11.5 x23, bedrm 4 11.5x 22, bedrm 5 11.5x20, hall bath 6x14. The basement has a half bath. The living room on the main floor has a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was just redone with beautiful dark wood cabinets, granite countertops and back splashes. Huge island in the middle. All cabinets/pantries have inserts for efficient storage. All main areas on the main floor are hardwood floors. All ceiling fans and light fixtures have a rubbed bronze finish,The house has a 15x80 front porch. Both back and front porches are vinyl/trex for minimal maintenance. House has a brand new roof. Back deck overlooks 18 by 33 oval pool with a deck around it and a 6 person hot tub. There is a barn at the back of the property with two horse pastures.
Neighborhood Description
The house is on a country road. It is not in a neighborhood. All the homes around us are on multiple acres of land. Pasture land is all around us, yet it is convenient to everything, being less than 5 minutes from exit 63 off I-85. It ids quiet, private and very peaceful. More pictures to come.
 

What I love about the home

I love the privacy the 5 acres gives us. The house is about 500 feet from the road and the paved the driveway goes all the way to the garage. I love the openess of all the rooms, and the huge closets!!!
