What I love about the home

42 St house: Location, Location Location! This is the dream home you have been waiting for: Centrally located within minutes of all Coral Gables and South Miami have to offer. Walking distance to shopping center, Supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes to University of Miami. Take your pooch to the grooming salon nearby, or make your lunch or dinner reservations in some of the restaurants nearby! Last but not least, its conveniently located on a very charming and quiet street. The home itself, is charming. It has a 2-2 inside the main house with a den. It has a detached in-laws quarter / cottage with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. It features a renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, a breakfast nook and laundry area overlooking the private back yard which makes this home a highly desired property. The rooms and the living area have original wood floors. The home has a freestanding shed on the side of the house.
