Carroll Run creek and a nice buffer of forest surrounds the neighborhood,and encourages a healthy outdoor life for children and adults alike. Campfires in the fall, outdoor movies on the lawn in the summer and a great hill (with tow line) for sledding in the winter. Don't forget basketball games and skateboarding in the court. A real dream neighborhood.
