Built in 1950 this 3 bedroom, 1 bath Ranch is located on a .48 acre level lot in a nice North Londonderry Neighborhood not far from Rt. 93 and Manchester NH. Turning in the paved driveway you will notice the new architectual shingle roof installed in 2012 and the 2 bay attached garage with auto door openers and key pad entry.Coming to the front door you'll notice the enclose breezeway with it's own entrance and the gracious picture window. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen that remain with the house. These could be moved to basement with a little plumbing adjustments if one wished. Off the kitchen one steps down to the enclosed breezeway(9.2 x 21.9) which has knotty pine walls, barn like ceiling with fan/light and built in closets with wood bin that opens inside by the fireplace...very handy. There is both a front and rear door off the breezeway and though currently unheated this is a very usable living area much of the year. There is a large hatch door in the floor that easily lifts to access the stairs to the basement.In the basement is the newer FHA furnace and 275 gallon oil tank, 200 amp circuit breaker, electric hot water heater, sump pump and well pump. The home is serviced by a dug well in the rear yard with interior pump. The plumbing is newer flex pipe with handy shut off lever valves. Nices stuff. The home has convenient public sewer. The home also has central air conditioning for Summer comfort.Off the breezeway are the two garage bays both with auto door openers and one is partially finished and could serve as a great workshop or man cave.Back off the other side of the living room are the three bedrooms. The front bedroom(13.11x10.60 has freshly painted walls, wall to wall closet, built in drawers, cabinets and an open closet. The second rear bedroom(10.10x10.11) had knotty pine walls, carpet, ample closet and tilt in windows. The third bedroom(7.4x11.6) has vinyl tile floor, knotty pine walls, closet and built in desk,shelves which would make this room ideal for a small study or office. There is even a small peak thru window to the kitchen.This home is in move in condition...a little dated here and there but well built and ready to go.
