This updated unit is in a key location, both in town and in the complex. Short walk to Arlington Center and bus stops to Cambridge and Somerville. convenient to all shopping and great restaurants. 2010 renovations include new kitchen, new flooring and new wall air conditioning. Interior recently painted. Nice balcony with pleasant views off living room. Condo fee includes heat, hot water, water, sewer, elevator, snow removal, clubroom and extra storage. Building will not qualify for standard bank financing because of low owner occupancy rating. Listing brokers have info on banks that will finance the property.
