Location, location, location! This wonderful, waterfront home in Punta Gorda Isles is situated on a saltwater canal and is only minutes out to Charlotte Harbor. Recently updated with fresh paint, new carpets, tile flooring, light fixtures and fans. The tile roof is only 9 months old and has a 6 year warranty to the new owner. The kitchen has newer appliances, corian counter tops with molded sink, raised panel cabinets, and a breakfast bar. The dining and living area have new carpeting and are open to the 30 foot great room, with windows overlooking the canal. The split bedrooms and updated bathrooms offer plenty of privacy for everyone. Absolutely fantastic location within walking distance from everything that downtown Punta Gorda has to offer - art galleries, libraries, restaurants, and the civic center. Enjoy the sunsets at the top of the Wyvern or at Fisherman's Village, or walk or bicycle to the newly finished Trabue Harborwalk around Punta Gorda.
