Beautiful 3rd floor condo in "Atlanta's First Suburb". Wonderful balcony view of the Brickworks and the heavily wooded surrounding area.
Vaulted ceilings with exposed brick and HVAC make this a true blend of the reliability of a condo with the modern style of a loft.
This corner unit only has one neighbor and they are very quiet. This is the closest unit to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Covered/gated parking space with remote access is included with the rental.
Nice common area with swimming pool space can be reserved for parties.
HOA included provides year-round, modern landscaping, lighting in the common areas and walkways, pool maintenance, exterior building maintenance, and water and sewer bill.
Neighborhood Description
Inman Park is extremely walk-able and family/pet friendly. Walking distance to restaurants, many excellent City Parks, and MARTA. Convenient to most Atlanta Universities (Emory, GSU, Spellman, Morehouse, Clark, GA Tech, and so on).
After decades of restoration and renewal, Inman Park is now a highly coveted intown neighborhood with numerous million-dollar properties.
Former industrial areas on the west side of the neighborhood - notably the sites of the former General Pipe and Foundry complex and the Mead paper plant, have been redeveloped and are home to both new and repurposed condo and apartment developments, restaurants and other businesses.
