Excellently maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1265 sf inside). Large master bedroom with connected bathroom, and walk-out to patio. Nice sized 2nd bedroom. Large kitchen, and laundry room. Great Location for easy commuting to Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, DTC. This condo also has an awesome patio which is nearly 800 sf.
Storage and one parking spot located in a secured parking garage underneath the building. Bike path that goes up to Bear Creek and down to Cherry Creak located directly outside of the front door as well as a very nice park with playground. Will consider pets.
I'm asking $1200/Month, first & last months rent and $600 deposit.

What I love about the home

The bedrooms are nice and roomy. The building is very quiet and secure (locked front entrance. The patio is gigantic (nearly 800 sf) great for entertaining. Great kitchen. Very comfortable to live!
