Views, Views, Views. Spectacular views from this lakefront 3 bedroom home with sunroom overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing the stocked lake from the privacy of your very own dock. A wooden privacy fence was added in 2012. Great room has beautiful vaulted ceiling and stone free standing fireplace. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, tiled floor, and a new range and dishwasher that were added in 2009. The master bath was renovated in July 2012 to include tub, floor tile and countertop. The sunroom was recently enclosed with tiled floors and made into a delightful living area to enjoy the lake views. Home has security and self-timer sprinkler system with a new pump (water from lake)being purchased in June 2012. Air conditioner and heater maintained under contract by Energy Systems. Views, Upgrades, Price = Not Here For Long. This is not a short sale or foreclosure.  More Less
