Very private site, Unique location above the fray yet not out in the boonies. Just a delightful place that everyone enjoys.
Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is unique blend of modern homes, and ranch land. Most of the older homes are set on 1/2 to 20 acres
New homes are larger but on smaller lots. This is one of the few horse country neighborhoods in Pleasanton. A very safe neighborhood.

What I love about the home

Great view of golf course and hills. Very quiet and removed from traffic, yet exceptionally close to everything. Impossible to find a property that offers so much and yet is only 5 minutes from 680 freeway. Has unlimited expansion possibilites.
