Private duplex, private fenced yards, 1 block from Freddy's, 8 blocks from I-84 entrance (5 min to downtown if you pick a good time), bus stop at the end of block, 15 blocks from I-205 entrance. VERY convenient, but situated on a quiet, safe street.
Appliances: Stacked washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stainless glass-top range
Finishes: Engineered hardwood throughout, modern slate floors and back splash in kitchen/dining and bath. Granite counter tops in bath, and butcher-block counter-tops in kitchen.
Other: Brand new Engergy Star Widnows, exterior paint, and large closets in both rooms.
Exterior: This is the front part of the property, thus you have access to 3 separate yards. The private back yard is securely fenced, and there is an attractive, shared newly installed storage shed. There is a shared side yard that is also fenced, as well as a shared front yard that borders the street, and has shared garden beds.
Lovely Landscaping throughout, and low maintenance.
Parking: There is a driveway that comfortably fits 2 cars, so typically 1 space in driveway, and other vehicles easily park by curb..
 

What I love about the home

Zero maintenance front yard with raised garden beds, private and secure shared side yard with lawn, private back patios and yards for each unit. Great neighbors on the street. Well established neighborhood, mostly homeowners.
