This is a cozy little home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living room has a wood burning stove and there is a central heating system on Blue Star propane. The entire home is sunny and bright with beautiful views of the mountains and olive orchards. The kitchen is open and bright with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator and stove and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.One pet is allowed, a cat or dog under 20 lbs or a caged pet such as a bird or hamster.There is enough off street parking for 2 cars. The garage on the property is not usable and the tenants are not allowed to store any belongings in it unless at their own risk and liability.Tenant to pay all utilities: PG&E for house and PG&E for water pump. Tenant to call Blue Star Propane for service. Tenant pays for the start up fee of approximately $79 for Blue Star to check out the system. There is an ozone well water system serving the house only. The tenants will pay for maintenance of water pump which includes cleaning of the filter approximately every 2-4 weeks. Tenants pay garbage/trash and PG&E.The working ranch means that there are work men and women who will work on the olive orchard throughout the year. There will be the presence of people working around the property. There will be occasional noise of working machinery on this property.
