Golden Hills was originally built in the early 1970's. It is one of the most southerly D20 neighborhoods, and is less than 15 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the USAFA south entrance. The Delmonico townhome complex was built in the mid 80's and early 90's in two installments. It is notable for offering generous square footage, good quality construction, and some of the lowest HOA dues in the city.
