This is a turn-key home in a sought after neighborhood near all amenities including Shore Acres Elementary School, beautiful Denver Park with tennis courts and the local golf course, Mangrove Bay. This home is move-in condition which has fresh paint throughout and a gorgeous updated kitchen any chef would love. Everything in this home has been replaced or maintained to the pickiest of buyers. The kitchen has 20" tile flooring and the living area has quality laminate floors. Arched stone detailing in the living area is a great feature. Recently the pool was refinished and a new pool sweeper installed, deck repainted in the pool area and the front porch is nicely finished with brick tiles and great landscaping. There are energy efficient windows throughout including both back and front doors, fenced garden and screened pool. Near the freeway, downtown St Pete, the beaches and Tampa airport.
