High ceilings, lots of storage, large garage with shelving & room for BIG workshop. 2 Decks have newly been re-coated with durable finish. Front porch and side railings newly painted. What I love about the home
I love the bright light from windows, easy flow of traffic within house due to design, privacy numerous rooms give, and ample height of ceilings taller than usual, and rooms which enable one to see guests in other living spaces, for example from kitchen one can see people near fireplace, out on front porch, etc. I love sitting on upper porch facing Cascade Mountains & seeing distant lightning and peaceful neighborhood. Like neighbors who are owner occupants of their homes. Love numerous amenities of house and neighborhood. Secure feeling of nearby UW Medical Center and Children's Hospital.
