SOLD at $139,900.00. Closed on May 4, 2015: Full remodel completed in February 2015. Custom paint inside/out with many additional upgrades. All tile floors except two bedrooms (laminate). Lots of interior storage including closet upgrades with all new beveled mirror sliding doors. Custom built all wood kitchen cabinets. Built in and remodeled entertainment nook in living room. Upgraded electric and custom cable wiring for TV/internet. Jetted tub.
Lots of green foliage in back/front yard with many gardening options. 1/2 block walking distance to future light rail on Bethany Home Rd. Three blocks from Bethany Center (WalMart) and shops. Easy walking distance to multiple jobs within walking distance. Grand Canyon University is only 1 1/2 miles away. Pool re-plastered June 2014 with new skimmer replacement, upgraded for automatic vacuum cleaner use; new tile.
New exterior wood siding (not covering brick) with all new exterior lighting. Large back yard with a 10x24 storage shed or work-shop, gazebo and pool/garden shed. Mature orange tree (eat fresh sweet oranges from your tree from mid December - March).

What I love about the home

The openness and freshness of both the home and the property. The mature gardens in the front of the home and the carefully redesigned gardening areas in the back yard (we're leaving some areas for you to design - rock and flower garden, coy pond???). The bird wildlife is something to sit and enjoy my morning cup of coffee, with some somewhat rare species showing up for the daily visit. Hummingbirds and butterflies are abundant. The neighborhood is quiet and includes some of the best friends that we have made in years, many of whom have lived here for over 25 years. This HOME and the neighborhood ambiance will be missed.
