My Notes

Solid, all concrete block home with 4550 square feet heated and cooled on 1.29 acres. HVAC is 4 years old. It has oversized bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large living room, family room, large pantry, separate laundry room, and large front porch and large screened in rear porch. Serene backyard is a park-like setting with great open space and private. The shed has power and is a workshop with air conditioning. The property is located about 1.5 miles west of Interstate 75 and set back from Archer road. It was fully renovated cosmetically, has city water, and brand new HVAC 3 yrs ago. You will have a 3 minute drive to Butler Plaza, Walmart, Publix and other major retail stores. It will be 5 minutes to University of FL, UF Health/Shands Hospital, and UF clinics. Bedrooms are handicap accessible with oversized doors to match the oversized rooms. It was built as a small home in 1970 as 1200 square feet but was then enlarged to 4550 square feet heated and cooled in 1990. It is a single family home now but there are some potential commercial uses with zoning change. The seller may consider renting the home or changing the zoning if desired by the buyer. Will pay realtors 3% commission to refer the new homeowner.
