This is an ideal home for a corporate relocation. Private trail leads from the backyard to the lake. Close to downtown and less than ten minutes to BNA but not in the north/south flight pattern.Home has 3,000 sq.ft plus a two car garage on a cul-de-sac street. Four bedrooms 2.5 baths, master suite on main level. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a 400 sq.ft. bonus room. Home office is on the main level. Home was built in 2006.Lessee is responsible for utilities. Lessee may also wish to get renters insurance for contents.Lessor will pay property insurance, taxes, lawn maintenance and HOA fees.Home is zoned for McGavock High, Donelson Middle, Hickman Elementary.Pictures can be found here:Owner pays for landscaping and all HOA fees. Tenant is responsible for utilities.For every month of rent paid in advance the monthly rent will decrease by $50 (ex: 3 months of rent prepaid would reduce the monthly rent to $1950. Offer good up to 5 months and $250)Rent can be further decreased by signing a lease longer than one year.
