Finished basement with full kitchen, bath, laundry, bedroom-great nanny quarters! Huge finished attic currently being used as a playroom/media room-nice for rainy days! Two of the children's rooms have unique lofts with stairs and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a bonus room attached to it that can be used for a private office or a nursery.
Neighborhood Description
This house is a one minute walk from the city's finest French restaurant, Rovers, and the city's most popular vegetarian restaurant, Cafe Flora. There are many other wonderful restaurants and businesses within a two block radius, such as The Essential Baking Cafe and City Peoples Garden Store.
The location is very convenient, exactly two miles from I-5 and the downtown core. It's an easy 10 minute bus ride or 45 minute walk to get downtown. The house is strategically located in between 520 and I-90 for easy access to the Eastside and UW.
The house is close to excellent public schools such as McGilvra, Montlake and Lowell. Two elite private schools private schools, The Valley School and The Bush School, are walking distance. Many other outstanding schools such as Holy Names, O'Dea, Hebrew Academy, and Seattle Prep are a five minute drive away.
 

What I love about the home
