Located close to the foothills and walking distance to schools, shopping, and rec center - home is where you will want to be! A great starter home - with wood laminate floors in the family room and kitchen and some updates! The partially finished basement is a great place to expand with 2 non-conforming bedrooms and a rec room! The large, fenced yard is perfect for the family dog! If you're starting out, start here!
What I love about the home
On circular street, short walk to elementary school, recreation center, major park and shopping. Back yard overlooks well maintained parkway and no HOA fees.
