Split bedroom plan; two twin beds and one queen bed provided. Tenant can supply their own pillows/sheets/towels/dishes or can use what is there now. Newer smooth top stove in kitchen. Full size washer-dryer in unit. Newer ac system. Master bedroom has large private bath with double sinks, garden tub, and walk-in closet. Excellent proximity to Eckerd College, I275, Sunshine Skyway, Ft. DeSoto and St. Pete Beach. Assigned outdoor parking space. Water/sewer/garbage/basic cable included in the rent. Nice pool for tenant use as well. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED per condo association rules. NO motorcycles or vehicles with lettering. Sorry, NO PETS.
