Banana Bay is the most unique community in Perdido Key with it's own beautiful private white sandy beach for owners and their guests to enjoy! The master bedroom is on the first floor and the master bath has a nice sized garden tub and separate shower; the kitchen is open and has granite counter tops with a breakfast bar and there is also room for a dining table for family and guests! The living area is open and you can step out onto the patio and head either to the pool or the private beach, only a few steps away! Head upstairs to the very open loft area that can be used as a family room or more sleeping quarters. There is also the very nice sized 2nd bedroom upstairs as well as a space for a small office / den. There is abundant storage space in this property. The construction of Banana Bay is insulated concrete form (ICF). Banana Bay is convenient to marinas, golf courses, NAS Pensacola, Perdido Key beaches, shopping and dining.....Come and take a look and see how unique Banana Bay is!
