Owning 61 Crafts Rd. means: the privacy and safety of a Rust Island dead end street; watching the boats on the Annisquam River and the ever changing salt water marsh views; plenty of room to garden as well as a nice lawn; access to a dock and swimming right across the street; 3 first floor bedrooms & a large family room/bedroom upstairs with it's own bath/deck/fridge; year round water views from all over the house; having a home with newer "systems" (septic, roof, heat, retaining wall).
