This house as good bones! It is bright and beautiful, but will need some renovation to bring it back to its original glory. New septic system is being designed currently and will be available for the buyer's review once completed. First showings being scheduled for April 2. Seller is has hired a local civil engineer to design a 5 bedroom septic system and will present final plans and details to the buyer.
