Single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Split floor plan design with master at one end and guest rooms at the other. Hardwood floors throughout with carpeted bedrooms. Vaulted ceiling in living room really maximizes the house and makes it appear larger and open. Gas fire place in living room. Screened-in porch addition with ceiling fan and a deck extension off of that are wonderful year-round. Granite counter tops in kitchen along with matching Maytag appliances, tile flooring and nice pantry. Upgraded master bath with tile flooring and shower. Real wood blinds on every window. Fenced-in backyard on a level, corner lot. HVAC combo unit and digital thermostat updated in 2007. Water heater updated in 2008. New gutters with screens in 2008. New roof in 2013. Transferrable alarm system. Neutral paint colors throughout. This home is completely move in ready. Mailing address is 2700 Call Hill Road (property address for tax purposes is 6101 Bradford Hills Drive b/c we're on a corner lot).
Neighborhood Description
Friendly, inviting, social and active. It is not uncommon to see a dozen or more families out riding bikes, taking walks, pushing children in strollers/wagons or exercising during the spring, summer and fall months. And if it snows, neighbors will take to the streets again for some old fashioned sledding. There is an annual Halloween parade in which all the children get to dress up and march around the streets which they all enjoy so much. We have attended several "block" parties on our street around Memorial Day weekend and other holidays which are always a blast and a great way to meet new people. Neighbors are courteous and are always keeping an eye out for one another. We have always felt very safe and secure here. We are within walking distance from the shops and restaurants in Lenox Village and new things are opening all the time. They also have neighborhood parties with food trucks and entertainment on occasion. I believe there is also a seasonal farmer's market in that area as well.

What I love about the home

Having raised two active boys in this house, I can tell you that this house, and just as important the neighborhood, are perfect for families with children. The hardwood floors make clean-up a breeze and the screened-in porch has been used as a functional living space for years. My boys practically live out there 9 months out of the year and it's access right off the main living area makes it easy to keep a watchful eye while allowing them to have their independence as well. Also, the fenced in yard allows my boys to play out back while I clean or get a meal prepared without the worry of them wandering into unsafe areas. We have an awesome tree in the back that almost completely shades the entire play area so it is bearable to be out there even on the hottest summer days. The boys have their own bathroom which is located directly across from their bedrooms on the other end of the house. The master is on the other end of the house which is nice in the evenings because we can watch a movie and not feel as though we have to whisper. Tons of counter space in the kitchen and a wonderful, deep, Kohler sink. I have done a lot of entertaining in this house and constantly get compliments on how "homey" and "warm" it feels. We have absolutely loved our time here. It would also be perfect for older couples who can no longer navigate stairs. Again, the split floor plan with the master on one end and the guest rooms on the other would allow this couple to host any number of family members while being able to maintain their own space.
