What I love about the home

We love our house. One of the things that we love is the location. It is conveniently located near shopping, businesses, and schools. We can walk to a movie at Park Place Mall, or to one of our neighborhood parks. It?s also just a quick drive to Reid Park or the grocery store. From our backyard, you?d never know how close these amenities are. With the high block wall and beautiful landscaping, it?s a great escape. Perfect for gardening, grilling, or just relaxing under the mister. Despite the convenient location, our neighborhood is very quiet. There is very little traffic or other noise. There are many families and lots of people walking or riding bikes. Our house is beautiful and offers a great escape from the busy world. Unlike many houses in Tucson, the layout is intuitive. The living room is great for entertaining and flows easily into the dining room and kitchen. The high ceilings make the space feel open and airy. The family room is perfect for watching movies or looking out at the Catalina Mountains. Large, mature trees shade this room and add privacy. We love cooking and this kitchen is perfect for it. It is large and full of storage space, including a built in pantry. Speaking of storage, we love the large closets in all of the bedrooms. We also have a large storage area with room for a washer and dryer. We have taken great care of this house. Last summer, we added central air conditioning, and now have the choice of a/c or evaporative cooling. This is a great option for the hot Tucson summers. We also recently installed a new water heater, furnace, dishwasher, and microwave. This is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. We know that someone will be very happy here for years to come.
