My Notes

It is a 1960 tri-level approximately 2838 sq.ft. with Four bedrooms 2 down 2 up, and three and a half baths all which have been updated including a recently upgraded kitchen.
Included is a separate 1200 sq.ft 4 car garage/workshop "brand new" and a 16'x 16' storage building.
The garage and house both have new 30 year roofs. The storage building has a metal roof.
The house features new double pane windows and doors along with a R-40 insulation system that gives it a energy rating of above energy efficient according to Duke power.
The kitchen features custom built cabinets with inset doors and 4 coats of hand brushed high grade paint. Stainless steel appliances , bosch dishwasher, G.E. monogram dual fuel 6 burner range. Kohler single tub sink with costume faucet and vent hood. "Rare" granite counter tops and a good lighting system. Beautiful built in pantry and all the storage you'll need.
Two separate living areas with fireplaces "one working one closed off" and a well finished garage with a half bath will provide plenty of room for family get togethers.

What I love about the home

This area " Jefferson Park" is within 10 minutes of the top 3 private schools in charlotte "walking distance to two of them". Less than five minutes to grocery stores , restaurants, and a seven minute walk to one of Charlottes nicest community centers featuring 3 swimming pools wonderful weight training facility tennis and racket ball courts and a ton of classes for children and adults! The home is located on 1.58 acres with trees on three sides. Which was grandfathered in as two lots making it the second largest lot in the area . This neighbor hood is in the process of becoming a high end area with 7 new homes all over a million dollars built or nearing completion within 6 houses of this one making it not only a wonderful place to live but also a wise investment. Very quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors are happy here and there are frequent get togethers.
