What I love about the home

Isn't the Colorado dream a luxury log lodge with inspiring views, fishing, hiking, wildlife, privacy, serenity, waking to birds instead of traffic noise? Crystal Park is like a mini National Park (2200 acres) surrounded by Nat Forest, but situated immediately next to Manitou & Colo Spgs. Manitou is just 22 min downhill from this house. All the privacy of remote mnt living, but right next to all the amenities of a city of half million. If there were a better place, Listing Agent/Guide Author would be the guy who would know. Home is only half mile from pavement, clubhouse, lake, pool, tennnis, vollyball, playground, heliport, etc. Secure gated community, so no drive-bys. Fanatical road plowing by our own crews.
