Incredible location between Preston Hollow and University Park. Unit is right next to garage, has a pool view and is on the desirable ground floor. Preston Center and Northpark mall are less than 5 minutes away. Great access between the Tollway and Central just a block north of Preston and Northwest Hwy. New construction down the street going for ~ $300/sf. Great value at $140/sf. High Ceilings. Travertine floor entry and halls. Sand and stain solid oak hardwood floors in living and dining rooms. Can lighting. Completely redone kitchen with marble countertops and backsplash, limestone floors, custom pecan cabinets, designer plumbing and stainless appliances. Bathrooms have been remodeled with marble floors and counters. Framless shower door and designer Kohler plumbing. Levelor cellular shades and more. Must see. DEN JUST COMPLETELY REMODELED FALL '08. BEDROOMS CURRENTLY BEING REDONE WITH NEW CARPET AND LIGHTING.
Only other REMODELED unit in the complex that sold this year is 250 SF smaller, on the second floor (no elevator in that building...my unit is on the first floor and has an elevator in the building) and it sold for $295,000. Mine is a bargain by comparison.

Neighborhood Description
The Pink Wall refers to a couple of streets that sit immediately north of Northwest Hwy and Preston. This neighborhood is also commonly refered to as Preston Hollow. Preston Hollow is immediately north of Northwest Highway. University Park is immediately south of Preston Hollow. These are two of the most desireable locations in DFW. With the exception of a very small area of older condos and duplexes, the entire area is filled with multi-million dollar homes. There is a new Drexel condo development seconds down Bandera Ave. (one street north) selling for about $300/FT+.
 

What I love about the home

Best value in Dallas BAR NONE. Property sits among multi-million dollar homes, is next to the best shopping in Dallas and sits perfectly between the Tollway and Central expressway making getting anywhere very easy.
