Absolutely gorgeous Colonial style charmer with beautiful western view of Park Lake near downtown. This lovely two story home has been completely renovated to include a large extra room in the back with new hardwood floors (the hardwood in the front of the home is original!), that make up a large living space and dining room area. The home includes a formal living room (where the original wood-burning fireplace can be found), as well as a formal family room and cozy enclosed Florida Room covered in windows. The kitchen has an awesome five-burner gas stove, granite countertops, and lots of storage space. There is a huge master bathroom addition adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom with two oversized walk-in closets and lots of extra storage space. High ceilings and lots of natural light add a ton of warmth. This home actually has a real basement, located just off the kitchen, where the laundry is located, that could be used for storage or additional living space. The washer and dryer come with the home and the dryer is a gas-dryer. The backyard is quite large and includes an in-ground pool, near the detached two-car garage. This area is highly sought after and close to several major roads and highways, while still having a wonderful sense of privacy and luxury to it.
