This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story home with 2,952 SF and private pool is located in the gated Native Woods community in North West Tampa. There are formal dining and living rooms, and a combined family room and kitchen. The kitchen has range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Just off the kitchen is a spacious indoor laundry room and the pool bathroom with shower and French door access to the lanai. A nice feature of this home is the first floor master bedroom. It has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a step-in shower and garden tub. The other 3-bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a 3rd full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second floor also contains a spacious loft area that could be used as a game room, home theater, play area or office. A large outside screened lanai encloses the in-ground swimming pool with waterfall feature. The fenced backyard is fully landscaped and also has a wood deck. Native Woods is convenient to all the dining and shopping of Citrus Park and easy access to the Veterans Expressway provides access to other parts of Tampa Bay.  More Less
