A beautiful and spacious home sited in a premier location in a neighborhood of newer homes. This home built in 2005 enjoys long valley views and excellent southern exposure. Arched cathedral windows allow the kitchen and living room light and warmth all day and look out to a private, fenced backyard and mature landscaping. The first floor features 9 foot ceilings, cherry kitchen and floors, and a master suite with soaking tub. The second floor offers incredibly generous space with 2 full baths, 3 spacious bedrooms, an additional room for a home office/study, a good sized laundry room with built-in cabinets, plus a large bonus room pre-wired for home theater which could also make great guest space. With the additional bonus of a huge partially finished basement, this house offers a tremendous amount of comfortable living space and represents a great value. Located on cul-de-sac just minutes from I-91/I-89, Dartmouth College, DHMC, APD, VA and all the Upper Valley amenities. 

What I love about the home

This home is easy to maintain and convenient to schools, shopping, appointments, etc. I love the privacy and comfort, as you would never know you are in a neighborhood when in the backyard. Neighbors are friendly, caring, and helpful as we typically gather outside on the cul-de-sac as our children play together.
