The house sits off the street which allows for a territorial view of the neighborhood and downtown Seattle including the Space Needle and the towers on Queen Anne hill. The house is minutes from the U of W, U village, Children's Hospital and several neighborhood amenities including a PCC, Metropolitan Market, the Burke Gilman trail and Bryant park. There is easy access to both i5 and 520 and the bus route is in walking distance and offers a quick route to downtown and the U District.
Terms are 1st month rent($2400) and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. 12 month lease. Non-smoking, no pets. $50 non refundable fee for anyone 18years or older. Rent includes yard service.
