What I love about the home
Do you dream of living in the Fan, but the homes are too small, costs too much, or don't want your car dinged up. Do you like to run. Do you wish you knew your neighbors and had block parties with them? Do you like Mediterranean food? Do you want to live near 4 parks. Are you looking for a unique home, not some cookie cutter. Do you want all your kids to have their own room, and live next door to lot of other families, in the best school district in Richmond? Do you want a home tthat will rent easily to U of R students and families alike? Do brick facades make you cringe? Are you looking in this area but haven't found a house over 1000 sqft that is affordable? Do you need to get to anywhere in Richmond in 15 minutes or less? If you answered yes to any of those then this is the house for you! We love this neighborhood so much we only moved across the street, because we needed room for in-laws! We love this house and hope you will too. This is the best place to live in Richmond and at this price it won't last long with a realtor that will jack up the price another $5000 to meet estimates.
