This is an above average row home in Baltimore, MD's Govan's neighborhood. We live in between Morgan State (to the east) and Loyola College (to the West), and Johns Hopkins University (to the south). All colleges and universities are less than a 10 minute drive. Other amenities include a US Postal Office. A fire department within a mile.
Neighborhood Description
We are a part of the Richnor Springs Neighborhood Association. Meets every third Tuesday of the month at 5225 York Road.

What I love about the home

Kitchen has restaurant style tiles for backsplash. Large formal / semi formal dining room. Finished (walk out) Basement with FULL bath - newly installed with shower, ceramic tiled floor, toilet, and sink. Basement has been completely waterproofed. All rooms have newly Renovated closets. All plumbing has been updated to code.
