Location location location!! This Colonial unit has trees in the front of the unit and in the backyard of the unit, close to one of two pools in the complex, guest parking right down the street and it is a dead end street. One of the rare units with a covered front porch, great for when it is snowing or raining. Quality finished lower level yet leaving ample storage space. Washer and dryer in basement. Extended newer deck! Stove just replaced in October 2013 with a brand new stove along with kitchen counter.
