You will get a large apartment with plenty of car parking. You are still minutes away from San Francisco. Also ideal for a renter working in Peninsula and wants living close to SF. Cuts down commute but provides living in central location.You gotta see it to believe it!Easy access to both peninsula & San Francisco and great weather made the population triple over the few years with lots of new construction and brought many local and international companies with abundant career opportunities; a place to work in more than 3,200 firms and businesses including Kaiser, Genentech, Elan and other bio-tech companies.South San Francisco referred to by the locals as "South City" in much the same way that San Francisco is called "The City". South City is also known as the "Transit Village" with SFO airport to the south, public transportation - BART and Cal-train between two major interstates 101 and 280. Check out upcoming Ferry from South SF to Oakland.The hills to the west shield the city from much of the fog that prevails in neighboring areas, offering its citizens a city in which to live comfortably in fine residential areas; lot of restaurants (including zagat rated), shops (including Trader Joes, Costco etc.), excellent schools, a place of recreation in parks, swimming pools, and Scenic Marina for sailing, wind boarding and fishing. 

What I love about the home

Updated kitchen and bathroom. Nice Tiled floors. Carpeted bed room. Recessed lighting. Granite countertop. Dishwasher, Refriegerator, electric stove included. Great for professionals working in SF or peninsula. Close Trader Joes, shopping, Safeway etc. Has tennis courts. Plenty of parking. One of the desired units in the apartment/condo complexes in the area. This is a great investment property as well. Great rental income.
