The Atlanta III features 9' ceilings, a first floor master with tray ceilings, executive style master bath with whirlpool tub and custom ceramic shower. Beautifully landscaped with flowering trees.

What I love about the home

Very clean and friendly neighborhood that feels secure and has wooded views. Most homes are 0-5 years old and the oldest are around 10. Neighbors are great people and there is a mixture of ages but mostly young families. Convenient access to main roads and near Prophetstown State Park where you can ride bikes, camp, go to a nice waterpark, picnic and hike. We are also located near a small town named Battleground where you can pick up a pizza or visit a hometown restaurant.
