Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a bonus room area each has new carpeting. All bedrooms have walk in closets. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and has multiple windows for cross ventalation.
House has full unfinished baement with 10 ft high ceiling (1400+ sq ft). Basement has an 8 ft high gargage door entrances from with drive from the the side street
Garage is 3 bay large (1250+ sq. ft.). Ones section has a double door for 2 cars while the third bay is fully enclosed with a 10 by 8 high door to accomadate higher type vehicles. This areas is doored of to serve as a seperate work shop and has cabinet down one wall for storage. Garage areas are insulated and sheetrocked as are the doors are insulated.
New 30 year roof installed early this year.
All ceiling in the house are smooth and have been repainted as has each rooms walls
Heating and AC are provided by a split system with each floor independent. Water and first floor heat are provided by a Polaris 95% efficent water heater.
Windows and doors in sunroom have been replaced with aluminum clad wood Pella. All west, south and east windows have been replaced with the same type of Pella windows.
