This is a unique luxurious two story unit in a new contemporary building built in 2009. The unit has great views overlooking the Bay. As the unit is on the top floor, it has high ceilings (12 ft+) with floor to ceiling windows and is flooded with natural light.
The unit has updated hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen area and beige carpet in the bedroom. The unit also features mood lighting, a large full-featured kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is W/D in unit, with 1 separate parking spot.
Best location in Oakland - vibrant Uptown neighborhood with upscale condos, and steps away from 19th Street BART stop, Paramount and Fox theaters and Sears Building (to be converted to a neighborhood center with upscale food hall and shopping on the ground floor. Nearby restaurants include Hopscotch, Ozumo, Pican, Plum, and Hawker's Fair. Great night life including Uptown Nightclub, Luka's Taproom, MUA.
